Reno ideas for awkwardly placed room

Hello, I recently purchased a 3/1 SFH which I plan to fix up and use as a STR. However, one of the bedrooms is only accessible through the bathroom. To make it worse, the other side of 2 of the 4 walls is the exterior of the home (windows on each of the 2 walls). The other side of the 3rd wall is the drop of the stairwell so there's nothing on other side of that wall if I were to open it up. What are some ideas on how to either reno or configure this space so that it can bring max value for a STR? Obviously more rooms=more occupancy=higher nightly rate. The bathroom is a nice size already so extending the bathroom out into that awkwardly placed bedroom would be overkill in my opinion. TIA
