Renting to Travel Nurses

Hello All! I have a 3rd floor unit in my building where I am currently doing a bathroom/kitchen remodel.. full paint and finished floors as well. It is 800sqft 1 br 1ba. If I were to rent this apartment as a mo/mo lease, I would be able to charge $900 in my area of Schenectady NY. 

I am going to do a nice job on this renovation and as always, nobody likes bad tenants and ugly turnovers. There is also going to be difficulty for my new tenants to get their furniture and upstairs due to the spiral staircase hallways and thin walkways. This has all led me into believing that doing a short-term rental in this unit might be my best option.

Does anyone here have any suggestions for me in this field?! I have a gut feeling that this is going to be a great option (as well as my long-term structure for buying and holding properties near hospitals). 

Are your properties rented for most of the year??

Is using a company like Furnishedfinder worth the investment for posting my property on their site ?
