What kind of demand for STR Bulverde Texas?

So I have a rehab on a property in Bulverde Texas. The house is a five bedroom 2 1/2 bath house. With an attached one bedroom one bath apartment. It has several acres and the property is situated where a person would have a very scenic view of the hill country. Bulverde Texas is basically a suburb of San Antonio. I'm trying to figure out whether or not to sell the property or refinance it and keep it as a short term rental. The property is too expensive to be a regular long-term rental. It is not in an HOA. I'm not sure if there is demand for this sort of product in Bulverde. It will definitely have to be more than the cheap bait and switch Short term rentals to take place in San Antonio.
