Hello BP STR community!

I am Matt Wilson and I am beginning to invest in STRs in the West Palm Beach, FL market. My business partner and I are getting our operation up and running and I have been doing a TON of research on short term property management strategies, softwares, team members, etc and one thing I would love to learn from you all is, what are you doing to track/build your systems?

I understand using channel managers but what are you doing to fully build up your system? Creating check-lists for various tasks? Do you have a Google drive that you keep your resources centrally located?

Any insights are very appreciated!!

Matt
