Hi! I am looking into buying a STR on Sanibel Island. We have investments in Gatlinburg and Hilton Head and it seems I won't see as much profit with this but we want it for personal use too. We are looking for 2-3 bedroom oceanfront. I would appreciate any advice! Best areas? Best complexes? Where to avoid? Best management companies? Thank you!

Also...could buy a boat slip and catamaran. Can't speak to it. Just a pipedream of mine :)
