Ok I have a property with 4 acres and was thinking about getting an RV to rent out on the property for some "clamping". Could easily set it up with low costs and my county allows it.

Has anyone done this? The numbers look pretty attractive but I am having a hard time locating information on the topic in general. If anyone has any experiences or resources on the topic that would also be super helpful.

*To be clear, I would not be renting out the camper for people to take off site.

You mean 'Glamping'.....IMHO, there is a limited market for this niche. So I wouldn't count on a huge cash flow, but if your entry costs are low, hey, it's better than no money. If you have 4 acres, why not have a little trailer park? Install hook-ups and rent some out to people who are travelling. Put in a horseshoe court and covered BBQ area, make it a family feel....
