Effective immediately 45 day moratorium on STRs San Bernardino

I just listened to the San Bernardino board meeting online from what I gathered---- correct me if I am wrong, but this is what I heard: Effective immediately the county issued a 45 day moratorium on any new STR permits. This includes transfers.

As an STR owner in Lake Arrowhead, I think this is a good move..... too many STR's and that doesn't help anyone when they are issuing hundreds a month and causes more issues with the locals that are raging up there right now. I think its great to pause, get the facts/issues straight, come up with solutions NOT BANS then come back and address them correctly.

This will affect  Joshua Tree, Crestline, Lake Arrowhead areas, if you haven't applied for your permit or are in the process you might want to call the county ASAP.

*Double check and due your own due diligence, on this, I was just listening online and heard it, I didn't read it yet. Hopefully we will see the official update on their website soon.

We currently have a group in Lake Arrowhead for STR owners, if you would like to join us please message me, we will need your support in the months coming.

Thanks!
