Bypassing VRBO or Airbnb for monthly visitors???

Angela Davis
Posted

We have several properties that we normally list on VRBO. However, we cater to lots of out of town contractors and visiting nurses that stay longer than a normal vacation destination VRBO user might. My question is how do you all market and book an apartment if not on VRBO? And if you take the booking yourself and not use VRBO, do you make the person sign some type of agreement or lease? Thanks!

You can list on Zillow.

Also, on  Houfy.com, no booking fees, free for guests and hosts to use. You can upload your rental agreement on Houfy and it  can be signed on the platform.  You can accept credit card payments through STRIPE or SQUARE or accept payment off the platform however you want.

You can market your listings on Facebook groups.
