Cleanings after Airbnb stays?

Hello everyone! We have a pretty successful vacation rental here in North Park, San Diego. It’s almost at full capacity on a monthly basis. With this, I’m wondering if anyone has recommendations on great cleaners in the area, especially when it’s a same-day turn around. It’s been challenging to find good people, who are reliable and understand the vacation rental business.  Also, how often do you deep clean with short term rentals? After every stay? And by a deep clean, I mean cleaning baseboards, under and behind coaches, areas you wouldn’t typically see cleaned in a standard cleaning. Appreciate any advice!
