Starting in the STR market of Cape Coral, FL

I am wondering if there is anyone local in the Cape Coral, FL market that is successfully doing short-term rentals?

My partners and I are looking to purchase a home down there to set up as an Airbnb and are looking for any helpful info you might have - contacts, areas to stay away from, local gov't attitude towards short term rentals, etc.

We currently have a home in Lehigh Acres that we hope to 1031 exchange for a better place closer to the gulf.
