It's the people you meet who most often can help you to identify new opportunities you might not have ever thought of. Even if you're looking to invest out of state, the personal contacts you make locally are extremely valuable. Business is a team sport, and it is vital to seek out experience, expertise, & connections.
Join us for another informal meeting on Saturday morning November 13th at 9:30 a.m. You can stop by for a few minutes if that's all you have, & you can share as much or as little about yourself as you like. There are no sales pitches, although everyone is always free to share their own contact information & connect with other members.
Topics we plan to talk about in detail: Hard Money Lending, Real Estate Investing with a Self-directed IRA. We will also be talking about a deal sharing forum for group members who attend in person.
We will be at the Panera Bread restaurant in the Broadway Mall, Hicksville. If you're not familiar with Panera, you can get a quick inexpensive cup of coffee & pastry there with counter service. Please RSVP only if you plan to be there. Hope to see you then.

Panera is conveniently located on Route 106/107 & right off the exits for the Northern State Parkway, LIE/495, Southern State Parkway, Jericho Turnpike & Old Country Road. Parking is very easy in the mall lot. No fee to attend, but we should at least each order a drink from Panera since we're sitting at their tables.
