Kevin Lacasse, Owner/Founder of New England Family Housing began real estate investing in 2000 with the purchase of his 1st duplex at the age of 23. He has built his career through rehab, new development and acquisitions with a focus on buy & hold. Today New England Family Housing owns and manages a portfolio of over 600 units consisting of Market Rate Apartments, Affordable Housing Projects, Mobile Home Parks and a campground. Kevin has also branched out in other areas such as Hard Money Lending, Commercial Construction Franchise Property Maintenance.
