Have you ever thought of doing direct mail, but it scared you? It can be expensive and complicated.

But that's only if you don't know what you're doing.

We have a guest who has gotten direct mail down into a science! His name is Todd Swaggerty and he's going to give us the down-low on how he's cracked the direct mail marketing nut.

Get all of your burning questions answered as we take a deep dive into direct mail to find off-market properties.

Topics to be discussed:

1. Best mailing lists. Where do you find them? How do you know they're quality?
2. Text/sales copy to include for a higher response rate. There is an art to writing effective direct mail pieces. But it's art that can be learned.
3. How many times do you mail to your list? Guess what? "One and done" is NOT the answer!
4. Done-for-you services. Take the guesswork out of the process and focus on YOUR core strengths.
5. What is working today? It's part "what worked yesterday works today, but also…" (find out Thursday).
6. Mailing success secrets. I know, if he's telling you, they aren't secrets any more. But let's face it—most people won't implement even when they know what to do. That's not you though.
7. Postcards vs Letters. Is one better than the other? Yes. Find out more on the 7th.
8. And a detailed Q&A so we can answer your questions. If all of the above doesn't answer all your questions about direct mail, we'll take your questions on the call.
