This month's Meet Up we will talk about all things related to contractors. Everything from finding, qualifying, hiring and managing them. We will show you how you can use them in your wholesaling business and especially fix and flip or buy and holds. You do not want to miss this meetup as my good friend Alex Craig who is a local investor/flipper will be one of my special guests. He will talk to us about rehabbing homes and will be able to answer questions. I will also have Craig Jennings of Avalon Capital as my 2nd guest who will talk about private
lending.
For everyone who attends, we will also go over how to create a rehab cheat sheet and how it will help you with your business.
