Come join us for our monthly REI Professionals Lunch in Downtown Honolulu! These casual lunches are designed to bring Honolulu real estate investors (at any stage) together for networking and discussion.
This month, we will be hosting Melanie Johnston, a realtor with Hawaii roots who now lives and works in Arizona (Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley). There will be no pitching of any products or services; just some good information for investors looking into Arizona and other out-of-state markets.
We will discuss:
- A general overview of the metro Phoenix landscape and how to evaluate out-of state markets.
- Census data and reliable sources of information for migratory patterns, employment, crime, etc.
- General tips on building your out-of-state dream team.
