This month we will be having a reputable wholesaler joining us as a speaker to chat with us about how to find deals in this market, and more importantly, evaluating those deals to see if they make sense. Please invite a friend; we'd love to have 20-30 people at this event!
We also will have a local agent and investor available to discuss their experience.
Nothing is needed but bring a notebook if you want to take notes and money for beer if that's your thing.
Please come to network, and you can share your opportunities, but obnoxious sales and promotion will not be allowed. The room costs money and a $5 donation is requested.
