We each did a large commercial deal late in 2018. Now that the initial dust has settled we thought it would be a good time for to share what we learned during the process so far.
If you are considering investing in real estate and commercial real estate in particular this will be your chance to learn from our mistakes and successes!
The first half of the presentation will be about Ryder's 210+ unit boat and RV storage facility project in Texas.
The second half will be about Chris' $2.5M apartment complex project.
The presentation will focus on the acquisition and stabilization phase of these projects.
