This months Spokane REIA meet up is this Thursday.

You are invited to our monthly REIA club meeting. We are a group of local Real Estate Investors that meet on the last Thursday of every month to: network, learn, share deals, and build relationships.
We will have a market update, deals to share, great networking, and a tremendous speaker.

This months speaker will be Marie Pence. Marie is a local Multi Family Real Estate developer. She has built a sizable rental portfolio. Marie and her husband build new (duplexs-100+) unit complexes all throughout the Spokane area. They are currently building a 100+ Unit complex in Airway Heights, as well as a 80+ Unit complex in the Valley. Marie will share her journey, how she grew, and what she has learned.

Location: Keller Williams Realty 799 S Stevens Spokane, WA 99204 Lower Level conference center Parking and access available on north side of the building. Everyone is welcome! We are not affiliated with Keller Williams, they allow us to use there conference room. If you are an agent at another brokerage that is totally fine. This is a free event, we have no sales pitch, our goal is to allow local investors to network. Feel free to leave your credit cards at home.
