We want to make this a regular event, and try to keep the location, time, and date (first Thursday of the month) consistent. 

I think we should take some time at the beginning for members with needs (looking for property, loans, partners, advice) or that have properties to sell, etc. to give a short summary, and then network afterwards to share more detail. Bring flyers if you have a specific deal that you want to share (There's people looking for Money, Partners, MFR, Buy/holds for long term, Vacation Rentals, and other properties, or they may know someone that needs what you have - that is the point of the meetup, to connect everyone and hopefully help each other put deals together)

Level 2 asks for us to have orders that total $300, and does do individual tickets. The more members the less each needs to spend! You'll have a great time. It's such a good mix of people, from newbies to experienced, and across all age groups. Please click the event link to let us know who will be attending. I hope to see even more people there next time (last night we had around 16) Let's try for at least 20 next time.
