Each month we have a new topic that compounds on the previous months information through a regular progression for a deal. 

Last month we covered Newbie Q&A and lead sources, lightly touching on marketing. This month we will address Wholesaling deals, what you need and how to do it. From a lead coming in, to closing at the title company.
