As you may have heard, there are about to be a LOT of changes to the tax code in 2018. Oh, and by the way, real estate accounting was already pretty complicated. I had to spend about 10 hours this week on digging into the tax changes from a few investors that had questions and it's legit complex with a bunch of things worth knowing that the press just does not do a good job covering. So..... In January, we are thrilled to have Michael Depaul of RKL CPA joining us at the rapidly growing Pottstown meetup. Michael is an accountant who will give us the in's and out's of the main things to know about real estate accounting. But what makes this a MUST attend event is he will cover the changes for 2018.
