Hi BP community! If you're in Northern Virginia, DC, or Maryland, we invite you to our monthly Real Estate Investors meet-up!

WHO:
NoVA REI is a place for new and experienced investors to network, exchange knowledge, and inspiration in an environment that does not push products or services on its attendees.

WHERE:
1961 Chain Bridge Rd, Tysons, VA 22102
Tysons Corner Center - 3rd Floor Food Court in front of California Tortilla

WHEN:
6:30pm on Wednesday, August 7, 2024.

Tyson's Mall is our traditional venue. We meet in front of California Tortilla and assemble a bunch of tables. It's super casual and with so many food options, nobody goes hungry!

This is a great opportunity for new as well as seasoned investors from the DMV to build lasting relationships. People from all areas of real estate are encouraged to come regardless of their experience level.

While we often see househackers, many of our attendees are also in one or more of the following: single family residential, multi family residential, commercial, out of state, wholesaling, contracting, flipping, agents/brokers, property managing, lending, and doing BRRRRs.

There will be no product pitching (we are not here to sell you anything) at this meetup. But, you are encouraged to bring deals and services your business can provide. We've found this to be one of the best environments to find inspiration, network, and even share insights with like-minded individuals.

The next meet up is only 2 weeks away and so I'd like to invite anyone in the DMV to our next NOVA REI meetup.

You'll get the chance to share any questions with experienced investors and house hackers.

As an update to our second house hack, we've got the insulation and walls up in our basement and should have it painted before the next meetup.

We also lined Jeff Bezos' pockets on Prime Day because we bought most of our furnishings. Now, the packages just keep rolling in!
