Speaker: Denny Grimes, MBA, President, Denny Grimes & Team | KW Naples

Denny Grimes has 40 years of residential sales experience and is a respected real estate agent/expert. He runs a 7th Level team in Naples Florida and a mega-agent expansion office in Fort Myers. From a production standpoint Denny and his team have sold over 6,500 homes worth well over $1 Billion dollars.

Denny is an experienced real estate presenter and Maps BOLD Coach for Keller Williams. For the last 25 years Denny has been the keynote speaker at the News-Press Market Watch (now Market Trends), which is the largest real estate forecasting event of its kind in the country. He is also one of the hosts of “RECON”, a daily role-play and the creator of “The Mastery of Real Estate” YouTube channel.

Denny is a dog lover, private pilot and runner.

Brett attended Illinois State University from 1983-88 where he studied corporate finance, world markets, law, advanced financial theory, short-term capital management, economics, accounting and real estate. In 1988 Brett earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and also received a minor in Business Administration.

Brett began selling real estate in 1988 when he joined his mother Sande Ellis to form The Ellis Team. The Ellis Team consistently closes over 400 properties each year and is the Top Residential Real Estate Sales Team in Lee County, Florida. They are also consistently in the Top 100 agents in the country and the Top 100 agents out of 118453 agents in 63 countries worldwide.
