Chicago RE Investors Meetup is SUPER EXCITED to announce a slightly new format.

Starting this Month we will be bringing in Chicago industry experts such as architects, contractors, property managers, insurance agents, lenders, etc. for live Q&A to help us understand the intricacies of working in Chicago. We will live stream via Facebook & Zoom so if you aren't able to make it in person you can attend virtually. We will also post on Youtube after so you can rewind anything you may have missed.

This month we will have @Prashanth Mahakali who is the owner of PMPC Architects a local Chicago architecture firm. In addition to owning PMPC Prashanth is an active developer building beautiful single family homes across Chicago. Prashanth has been a personal mentor of mine and brings priceless knowledge working with the city of Chicago's zoning & permitting process.
