Looking forward to the first Multifamily Wealth Meetup! On the first Wednesday of every month, we're going to be bringing you accomplished presenters who will dive deep into various topics within multifamily real estate.
In this event, we'll be hearing from Nathan Cloud, the founder and Managing Principal of Cloud Capital, where he oversees the acquisition strategy and general management of the firm. Since 2020, he has been the leading principal in over $28MM of multifamily acquisitions, in addition to $52MM with JV partners. Before starting Cloud Capital, Nathan worked as an equity trader and portfolio manager for a proprietary trading firm in New York City. While on Wall Street, he developed both discretionary and algorithmic trading strategies for the firm's portfolio.
Nathan will be presenting on multifamily underwriting and how it's he is changing his approach to multifamily underwriting as we head into 2022. We'll be talking about key components of multifamily underwriting, how to make accurate underwriting assumptions, and much more. There will also be a section dedicated to Q&A, so bring your underwriting questions! Additionally, after the meeting, we'll be hopping over to KumoSpace, where we'll be doing some post-presentation networking.
