Experience w/RWN affiliates last 12-18 Months

We have many properties we've acquired through Real Wealth Network. We have an equal number we've acquired outside RWN.

Just wondering what experiences others may have had in the last 12-18 months with RWN.  We've got multiple properties purchased and managed through their affiliates in:  Cincinnati/Dayton, Detroit, Houston, Jacksonville FL/Ocala FL.

Specifically, have you had issues with an affiliate or prop mgr?  If you escalated to RWN, have they been responsive/helpful in getting issues resolved?  Have you changed or contemplated changing from a RWN affiliated property manager?  Have you seen changes in responsiveness or significant policy/procedure changes that have either positively or negatively impacted your property's performance?

Finally, if you have recently researched Prop Mgrs in any of the markets above and changed your property manager, what about the new property manager was key in your decision?  (It's a pain to change PMs, we can all agree, so what made you decide the effort was worth it!)

I realize this can be sensitive to discuss in a public forum but you can also private message me at 9529492473.  PLEASE NO SOLICITATIONS!
