Pregnant Tenant Inquiry

Hello Everyone, I need advice.

I am currently renting to a woman who is 7mo pregnant. So far she has been a good tenant but recently had a fight with her bf and kicked him out (not on lease).

With her being due soon, I'm curious to know if she has a way to pay rent while possibly being out of work for a period of time. I don't want look like a bad guy if she does stop paying rent and put her out but the property will not be able pay for itself without her rental income.

@Anthony Middleton If she's been a good tenant, then she deserves the benefit of the doubt. I wouldn't cross that bridge unless you get to it. Perhaps she has savings or is being helped by the father of the baby. IF things shake out as you fear, then you treat her like everyone else and stick to what is written in your lease agreement.
