Spokane short term rental investors,

I am looking to invest in Spokane, WA and buy a 2-3bd, 1-2ba house to put on Airbnb or VRBO. I am an Airbnb host in Lewiston, ID but would like to discuss the short term rental market with someone in Spokane.
