Former Apartment Referral question - treatment center
I have a potential tenant that has listed a treatment center as a former living situation (he was there for 18months prior to the existing 18 months somewhere else). I am curious if anyone else has run into this (and looking for real-life experience vs opinions), how was the feedback shared from the organization? Did this influence your decision to rent to this person?? and if you did rent to them... how did it go??? Looking for rather quick feedback from this group.
