rental agreement to incorporate COVID 19 verbiage

Hi, I am a new member in BP.  I have a 4-plex with tenants who have been in the building for >5 years.  Should I update all their leases to incorporate language for COVID-19?  The reason I am thinking about this as opposed to making an addendum/amendment is that I may have misplaced the original leases (organization is a skillset that I need to work on); also I am thinking of doing a refi/cash out for future deals which would need these leases.  Maybe I am overthinking about this, as the question/answer to this question my be trivial to the members on here.  Thank you.
