Little Rock AR investing

I’m from Oregon and I’m looking on Zillow and Realtor.com, and it seems Little Rock could be a great place to buy properties and rent them out. Does anyone have experience and knowledge that they can share?

I know I would need a property manager and would like some recommendations.
