Tenants with Moldy bathrooms

Hello,

I get two types of tenants in my rental. Families with kids and young professionals who share the apartment with other roomates.

A common problem I have with the young professionals is they don't maintain the bathrooms as clean as the families. Very soon the bathroom becomes unclean and the bath tubs get moldy. A gentle conversation usually goes

nowhere and sometimes even pisses them off and they tend to show little inclination during lease as they usually have lot more options than families so I usually give preference to families over professionals. This time around

I ended up giving to young professionals again as there is some possibility I may sell the property within next six months around the time their lease ends. I would like to be on top of cleanliness right from the word go and did my part of communicating to them and I have even decided to hire a professional for cleaning and pay them myself, separately I just wanted to know is there anything the tenants can do something easily do for the upkeeping of the bathrooms, are there any cleaning materials like some powder or spray that they can just toss over without having to any physical exertion such as brushing.I will appreciate your inputs.

Thanks
