Gutter clean out responsibility

We recently had a tenant move in to a new single family property, and she asked if gutter clean out is taken care of by us or her. I had not thought of this and was hoping someone could share what they do regarding gutter clean out in their lease?

Thanks!

Andrew

While our tenants are responsible for lawn/snow care they are not responsible for gutter clean out.  The risk of having a tenant save a few bucks and do this themselves and potentially hurt themselves is too high of a liability risk.  Yes there is insurance and all of that but we find it best to just remove that particular possibility from the table.
