Utility Billing Software - To Bill Tenants

Hi Everyone!

We recently closed on two 4 bed/4 bath townhomes in a college town and will be dropping our management company to begin self managing.

We are considering keeping all utilities in our name and billing our tenants. Due to the amount of units we have, this seems fairly easy at this point, but wanted to get the BP take on things.

What software/app could we use for billing our 4 tenants in each townhome? There would be Water, Sewer/Trash, and Electricity needing to be billed to the tenants.

Thanks for the help!

-Daniel

Hey @Daniel T Stockman! Congrats on the pickups! Not sure you're looking for a full blown platform, but RentRedi offers this service and I believe its competitors do as well. Just an option that's out there for your direct question as well as a self-managing platform. Best of luck!
