LF Emergency Line Answering Service

Anyone have a recommendation on answering service for an emergency line? Looking to switch since my current one has decided to charge me $135 a month (on top of used minutes) when I don't have enough emergency calls. They also aren't the best at their job....dispatch a tech for a stove burner that won't turn on but send an email record for a toilet flooding the bathroom...
