Entry Level Property Management
I'm a new REALTOR and I was wondering how do I get into property management. How do I get certified?

The first thing you should do is speak with your Broker to see if they would allow it. Some Brokers don't like property management. They don't like renters coming in to pay rent or maybe they don't understand PM and feel it's high-risk.
You can start with no experience, but it's not easy. I recommend you get a job under an established company. You'll learn the ropes much faster and can quickly determine if it's for you or not. And you earn a paycheck while doing it! If it works well for you, upgrade your license to a Broker (I think it takes two years) and then step out and start your own management company.
