Potential tenant with 3 adult children
Hi, I have a potential tenant that has told me she has 3 grown children all attending different universities within our state. Would you suggest doing credit checks and charging the fee for each one of them? I’m sure they spend some time at home but I don’t know how much time at this point.

Ask if they are planning on living there or only visiting. Put in a clause that says no guest for more than 2 weeks or a similar clause. If they will be living in the house (not visiting), do a credit check on them.
