AirBnb - What's a reasonable Maintenance Cost for Wear & Tear?

When running an AirBnb that has fairly high volume, 80% occupancy, what is an expected wear and tear budget?

I don't mean the cleaning and managing, but:

the repainting, plumbing repairs, replacing appliances, repairing things that wear out , etc?
