Good eviction lawyer in Dania Beach FL

Does anybody know a good eviction lawyer ? I’m in Dania Beach and my tenant just threat me that if I keep bugging asking for the rent ( which 2 months are owed) he will get a lawyer and since he is sick and old he could stay at least one year without paying me any rent.

On top of that every time I go there is something broken , a door, a wall etc . Thank you for your help

If you ever consider off loading your headaches in that area. I’d be interested in considering to buy your head aches. Just have one rental in that area and hungry for more and wouldn’t mind the extra leg work or stress these tenets bring. Either way hope it all works out for you! 👍
