Extreme Tenant Nuisance
I have resided at Oak Ridge Apartments in Sac Ca for over 12 yrs. A new manager come in Oct 2020. Moved his family/ friends in the apartments. One tenant I know for sure was fraudulently. I called him out on his lies and deception. The tenants above me beat and stump on the floors which is my ceiling all the time since Oct 2020. I have sent several emails regarding it to FPI management and no response at all ever. I filed a DFEH and a BBB complaint and yesterday I get a letter on my door. Threatening to evict me. Stating I'm harassing and intimidating tenants and the manager. I have never said anything to them tenants other than say hi to the kids when they say hi. I have sent emails after emails stating the extreme nuisance. That corrupt fraudulent manager is a huge habitual liar. Not sure where FPI management got him from but he is disaster waiting to happen for apartments. I have seen his corruption and witness the lies that come out of his mouth. This letter was clearly in retaliation to make me shut up. But it only has made me more vocal. Because I'm not easily intimidated I know my legal rights and that letter was not legitimate and was only sent to scare me. Well It Did not work and i will speak my truth about him and the nuisance tenants that are harassing me beating and stomping, throwing things down on my patio, food, trash, some sort of liquid, paper, glitter, toys. This letter didn't have FPI management on it anywhere. That is illegal. I lease from FPI not some made up fraudulent legal assistant. But I will file a case against FPI for allowing it. For not addressing the many many complaints. FPI management need to pull all the leases that were signed starting Oct 2020. They will see he moved his friends and family in and will see the resemblance they have in common to those tenants. I would like this to go to the media.
