Is this Landlord breaking the law? Share your opinion.
The Property Manager allowed people to move in without signing a lease. The Property Manager kept the money instead of passing it on to the owner? The Owner believes the Tenants conspired with the Property Manager and/or they are squatting. The Landlord is attempting to force the tenants out by changing locks and turning off utilities.
Are the Landlord actions legal? Right?
A Philly landlord is trying to evict tenants after his property manager stole their rent money.
