Rental/Landlording bookkeeping software or template
I own and manage a duplex neighborhood with 12 doors in Texas. I currently do my own bookkeeping with a pencil and ledgers. Does anyone have any recommendations for landlord software or templates (like Excel)? I am happy with my E-leases, screening, marketing, etc., so I don't think I'm in need of the complete property management cloud based systems that seem to be priced and scaled for someone with a thousand doors, though I would check out anything that makes sense.
Thanks, Neel
