Tenant that is almost blind and cant hear nor talk

I have a new Section 8 tenant who can’t hear nor talk and who is almost blind.

Do I need to do anything special in the house to accommodate her ?

I love to have her and to be able to provide a nice house to her as I feel I am also helping someone who really needs it.

Also I know there are many liabilities that for small things or details you can be sued for discrimination ( things like this I have been told about the US, I am new ) so I am afraid of these liabilities, things I should say/not say or do/ not do.

What are those things ? I have no experience on this.

Thank you

Marisa
