Payment / Self Management

Troy Sanders
Posted

For everyone out there that self manages their properties, how do you collect your rent?

I understand electronically is probably the best option.

********Which platform, apps or other do you use?*******

Do you give your tenants a Heads-up prior to rent being due?

What happens if they don't pay on time?

Any feedback is greatly appreciated !

@Troy Sanders I use tenant cloud for everything. If someone is moving into a property less then 2 weeks out I make them wire their deposit and first months rent. I have electronic locks on all my properties and self manage from out of state.

Eviction process will be different per state so you will have to talk to someone local for that.
