Connect with local multifamily Investors

Hi Everybody,

I've been in real estate for 7 years in the Tampa Bay Area as a realtor/investor. I have decided to go full steam ahead with learning everything I can about rental properties, more specifically, 5+ unit multifamily.

I specialize in REO which allows me to work with asset managers providing them with services such as BPO's. I'm very confident in my ability to analyze properties, however, I only work with single-family. Therefore, I'm reaching out to local multifamily investors in hopes I can provide expert knowledge about single-family in exchange for expert knowledge about multifamily.

If anyone has a question about a specific property or single-family in general, I'm always open and happy to answer questions.

Thanks for your time!

Ben
