Communicating New Property Management Info To Tenants

Michael Iacono
Posted

Hi BP,

Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for the best way to get the contact info for my property management company out to all the existing tenants of the portfolio of 26 units I will get to manage. As the old saying about old dogs and new tricks goes, I just want to train many of these old dogs out of their habits of calling the owner of the property as effectively as possible. I've obviously considered posting notices to all of the doors, but was looking for anyone with experiences suggestion. Thank you for any help!
