Is there anyone on here that has rental properties in Southern California? Are you still comfortable renting your units or properties out despite the eviction monetorium thats in place? Thank you in advance.

uh..not sure how much that kind of screening helps with the incentives tenants now have to not pay. My tenant earns a high 5 figure salary and still chose to falsely claim that they were affected by covid.

I would consider do month to month if you are really desperate for rent but if you aren't desperate it's probably better to withdraw units from the market until it becomes clear what CA decides to do.
