Legal question regarding lease agreement

Hey Guys, I'm brand new to real estate investing and just purchased my first house hack. It's a single family home and I plan to rent out the extra bedrooms, I'm wondering if it is legal (in the state of Kansas) to put in the lease agreement no parties are allowed? I'm fine if they have a few friends over and have a couple drinks but I obviously don't want my tenants throwing big parties on my property. Is this legal to put in the lease agreement?
