First time property owner questions

Hello everyone,

I am

A first time property owner. It’s my first full week week . We moved into our duplex last weekend. My current tenant has asked about her ice maker in her fridge , and about putting in a car door from the garage to the house and letting me know she has her brother and girlfriend w/ baby and another cat . So that is 4 adults , 2 dogs and three cats. I read the lease they signed prior to my take over. Can someone please point me in the right direction with this. I’m not even settled in yet and it’s like they’re hammering me. I feel I should update the existing lease and charge accordingly for the extra animal and adult living there , not sure what to do anout cat door ?
