Tenant used fradulent information

Tenant used a fake driver's license and social security for lease. Has not paid rent during the covid epidemic. Not sure what can be done. Located in Chicago, IL.  At this point want the tenant out.  Offer cash for keys.  Was unsuccessful.  Can I pursue criminal charges for fraudulent identification?
